Regular Appointment Bookings: We require a 50% deposit to hold appointments of 2 hours or more in length for new guests. This fee will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows on the day of appointment, would result in the deposit being forfeited due to the missed appointment.
Group Bookings: We require a 50% deposit to hold bookings for 3 guests or more. This fee will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows on the day of appointment, would result in the deposit being forfeited due to the missed appointment. A mandatory 15% gratuity charge will be applied to your service total on the day of your appointment. Additional gratuities may be added by the party if desired.
